Our multi-specialty organization is a model for integrating community preventive health care and senior center services, emphasizing prevention and community-based services specifically designed for older adults. We offer adult programming at our downtown Erie senior center located at 406 Peach Street, as well as many additional sites throughout the community.

ECHA administers the chronic disease control program for the Erie County Department of Health, and coordinates  health-related services within the Area Agency on Aging’s senior center network.  We run on site health services designed to keep people living independently at two locations run by the Erie Housing Authority, and administer health screenings and health education at a number of convenient sites throughout the Erie region.  ECHA’s “don’t let the flu bug you” campaign is the largest Flu vaccination program in Erie County and has protected over 250,000 persons since inception.
